1. Why am I not getting hot water?
This may be caused by a bad heating element, faulty thermostat, tripped breaker, or ignition failure. We diagnose it quickly.
2. Why is my water heater leaking from the bottom?
A bottom leak often means the tank is failing and needs replacement. We inspect the tank and confirm whether repair is possible.
3. Should I repair or replace my water heater?
If your heater is 8–12 years old or leaking from the tank, replacement is best. If only a part has failed (element, thermostat, valve), repair may be cheaper.
4. How long does water heater installation take?
Most replacements and installations take 1–2 hours, depending on the unit type and plumbing connections.
5. Can you install tankless water heaters?
Yes — we install, replace, and maintain tankless systems, including descaling, gas line checks, and proper venting.
